Things to remember when requesting a refund:

• Send an email within 7 days after the date of receipt to info@afrisaff.com, quote your order number in the subject line of the email.

• Ensure the product is in its original packaging and undamaged. We will inform you when our couriers will collect.

• When 7 days have passed after the receipt of your order we can unfortunately no longer accept the return.

• If the item returned is not in its original packaging or the product has been damaged not due to our own fault we cannot accept the return.
