Currently, we ship only to destinations within the borders of the Republic of South Africa. If you are a customer outside the borders of the Republic of South Africa and you would like to purchase our Saffron (Crocus Sativus) bulbs then please contact us by email at info@afrisaff.com

Refund and Return Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days from the date of receiving your purchase by notifying us by email at info@afrisaff.com.

Please remember to quote your order number in the subject line of the email.

Things to remember when requesting a refund:

Send an email within 7 days after the date of receipt to info@afrisaff.com, quote your order number in the subject line of the email.
Ensure the product is in its original packaging and undamaged. We will inform you when our couriers will collect.
When 7 days have passed after the receipt of your order we can unfortunately no longer accept the return.
If the item returned is not in its original packaging or the product has been damaged not due to our own fault we cannot accept the return.
