Deposit or pre-payment conditions

Afrisaff wholesale and mixture bulb range

The pre-payment option (Deposit Option) facility is available for our Wholesale range only. Our wholesale range starts from 2500 Crocus bulbs. Orders of 2500 bulbs or more qualify for the pre-payment option. The products which you can order with a 25% pre-payment can be found in the Saffron Crocus "Wholesale" category.

With these products, you have the possibility to choose between payment of the entire amount at once or making a pre-payment of 25% of the order value.

The balance of the order, in other words, the remaining 75% (SEVENTY-FIVE PERCENT) of the value of the order must be paid by no later than 1 December 2024. Afrisaff (Pty) Ltd will provide an invoice for the remaining balance (75%) of the purchase amount as agreed.

Terms and conditions for the "wholesale and mixture bulb" pre-payment option

Pre-payments must be paid directly online or if you opt for a bank transfer, within 7 days of the order date.
Your order will not be registered until the 25% deposit has been received.
The balance must be paid online or by bank transfer before 1 December 2024.
In the event that the balance (75%) payment has not been completed by 1 December 2024, the transaction may be cancelled and any payment received will be refunded in full.
Once the pre-payment amount has been paid, customers still have the option to cancel their order at any time before 1 December 2024 and will receive a full refund.
Paid deposits will be refunded within 10 working days once a cancellation order is received

In case you would like to have your ordered saffron bulbs to be delivered on a specific date after 15 January 2024, please also notify us by email.

Afrisaff cultivation packages

The pre-payment option (Deposit Option) facility is available for our cultivation packages. The products which you can order with a 35% pre-payment can be found in the "Cultivation packages" category.

With these products, you have the possibility to choose between payment of the entire amount at once or making a pre-payment of 35% of the order value.

The balance of the order, in other words, the remaining 65% (SIXTY-FIVE PERCENT) of the value of the order must be paid by no later than 1 December 2024. Afrisaff (Pty) Ltd will provide an invoice for the remaining balance (65%) of the purchase amount as agreed.

Terms and conditions for the "Cultivation packages" pre-payment option

Pre-payments must be paid directly online or if you opt for a bank transfer, within 7 days of the order date.
